"Very rarely do I take the time to remark about the entities that I have had successful transactions with but I am uniquely qualified and compelled to do so in this particular case. Over the decades I have experienced superior customer/client interactions to include a long enduring relationship with the John Fortier State Farm Insurance Agency in Waterville even reaching back to the days of John's late father Malcom Fortier. In the rare instances that I have had claims and required their services and in particular the same knowledgeable loyal and devoted staff that have been at the agency for over three decades and have always been highly motivated, accommodating and forthright. "Like a Good Neighbor State Farm is There" Is not just another marketing slogan but is truly a function of their personas. John, Alek, Ann and Kristal are phenomenal personalities, rendering great service for which translates into great results. I factually can not say that all State Farm Agencies deserve such accolades but what I truly can say is that the John Fortier State Farm Agency in Waterville is way above their insurance contemporaries!"
